Second Generation Thrift Shoppe
provides the New Hampshire seacoast community with a convenient and affordable shopping outlet for clothing and necessary household items. The Thrift Shoppe is accessible year round, open seven days a week, and provides many public service benefits. For example, Second
Generation provides:
- A clean, organized, inviting and enjoyable place to shop
- Excellent bargain prices for all.
- A great variety of new and almost-new clothing (for children, women and men); baby items; household goods; furniture, fashion accessories; and more.
- Volunteer opportunities for members of the community.
- A retail education program for shelter residents and students doing community service projects.
- A collaboration with other area agencies, providing free shopping vouchers for families in need.
- An opportunity to recycle and reuse secondhand usable material goods.
