The heartbreaking reality: Nearly two-thirds of homeless families in America are led by single moms. Right here in New Hampshire, the number of young people without a home jumped by almost 40% last year alone. No child, no mother should face that.
From May 11-17, Moms on a Mission is your chance to help change that. This is an easy and powerful way to stand with courageous moms in our community who are working every day to rebuild their lives after homelessness, domestic violence, and unimaginable challenges – but need your help.

Moms on a Mission: Dara
Your gift today helps Dara, a strong mother who has endured unimaginable trauma and loss. Her mission is to give her son Michael a stable home, where he can play lacrosse, practice jiu-jitsu, and finally feel like a regular high schooler – free from the fear of where they’ll sleep.

- $150 provides a night of shelter for a child facing homelessness.
- $460 pays for a month of internet service, ensuring families and staff have access to online resources for education and job searching.
- $500 covers a week’s utility bills for common areas, keeping the shelter’s lights on and water running.
